Hi, I’m Claire. I am a mum of two beautiful girls and I live in a little piece of paradise on the south coast of Sydney called Thirroul.
About Me
My passion- I have a love of nature and beautiful interiors. I understand the importance of connecting and living in a happy environment, and my goal is to ensure that my clients feel the same in their own homes.
I use my talents in styling and decorating to give back to the world around me. My company is people centric and we believe design is about people ultimately, not products!
Background - I studied a Bachelor degree in Media and Communications at Greenwich University in London and then worked in Brand Management for ten years, designing packaging, creating press and TV ads and launching new products within the FMCG Market.
I then decided that this extremely fun, yet demanding career was taking me away from the most important job of all, being a mum. As my girls grew more independent I found I had more time to get back to creating and designing, and retrained in interior styling at The Coco Republic Design School in Sydney. Following this, I then trained in interior design, colour and decoration at the International School of Colour and Design (ISCD) and Sydney Design School (SDS).
In the initial stages of my journey, I had the pleasure of interning with The Design Twins at St Peters, Sydney. I gained experience of press styling with Kayla Gex at Australian House and Garden, and engaged in property staging projects alongside Coco Republic and various local designers.
This year, (2004) I have returned part time to The Sydney Design School to delve deeper into design concepts and explore fresh ideas. I love learning and believe we never stop, especially as a creative.
I look forward to incorporating even more new and fresh ideas into my work.
I have a love of nature, especially plants, and feel a room only comes to life when you bring life into it.
I enjoy working with families and creating rooms that are totally unique to them, beautiful but practical too that can cater for our busy lives. I work with a selection of local and Sydney based furniture suppliers to provide a variety of options.

On a very top level, we are a creative bunch of individuals with a flair for putting together the right colours, textures, furniture and accessories to create a room that makes you smile when you enter it. We are happy, colourful and friendly people with key communication skills, imagination and an eye for anything beautiful.
We listen to our clients and try our best to use our design skills to produce the perfect room to fit a variety of personalities and needs.
Using various design software we produce mood boards, floor plans and design concepts to help our clients get a visual snapshot of what their room will look like, and where each piece of furniture will be positioned. With material swatches, tiles, paint and wood samples we also enable the client to touch and see the items they have selected, (If available from suppliers).
With years of experience of dealing with many trade suppliers we take away that overwhelming feeling of “Where do I start, there is so much choice” and help you to slim down your options.
We help you every step of the way and enjoy making a house become a home.
